Will the Minister OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state: (a) whether the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has allotted all plots to the Rohini scheme registrants till date at the rates decided in 1981, if so, the details thereof and if not the reasons therefor; and
(b) whether the rate of land/plot is not the same for all applicants/registrants as was promised while accepting applications, if so, the rates at which the plots have been allotted year-wise to scheme registrants?

(a) : Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has informed that it has allotted plots to the registrants of Rohini Residential Scheme, at predetermined rates which vary from year to year due to acquisition of land at varying rates at various intervals and increase in the development cost. (b) : DDA has informed that it was specifically mentioned in the brochure of Rohini Residential Scheme that the rates mentioned therein are subject to revision from time to time. The rates charged from the allottees have varied between 1981-82 and 2014-15, from Rs. 100/- to Rs. 11,077/- per sqm in respect of Janta, Rs. 125/- to Rs. 14,120/- for LIG and Rs. 200/- to Rs. 23,252/- for MIG.
