Will the Minister of



HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:-




(a) the total strength of doctors, faculty, nurses, paramedical personnel and other employees indicating the number out of them reserved for the Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs) and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi and other new AIIMS in the country;

(b) whether a number of posts of doctors, faculty, nurses, paramedical personnel and other employees reserved for SCs, STs and OBCs are vacant in AIIMS, New Delhi and other new AIIMS;

(c) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor, AIIMS-wise;

(d) whether instances of discrimination and noncompl iance of reservation norms in recruitment, appointment and promotion of doctors, faculty, nurses, paramedical personnel and other employees of reserved category in AIIMS, New Delhi and . other new AIIMS have been reported in the country; and

(e) if so, the details thereof along with the action taken/proposed to be taken by the Government on the complaints received in this; regard during the last three years and the current year, AIIMS-wise?
