Interested in Water Conservation Movement; Floated a campaign for water conservation in Jabalpur Lok Sabha Constituency; It was a massive awareness campaign in which he did `Padyatra` for 15 days and visited more than 250 villages; Walked more than 180 kms. under `Jal Raksha Abhiyan`; Encouraged construction of stop dams by giving required funding; Water conservation schemes were unformed to urban population as well
